By accessing or using the Better Prompt Builder (the "Service"), operated by SaranBaik.id, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service helps you compose text prompts using a five-part framework (Who You Are, Where You're Coming From, What To Do, How To Do It, What Not To Do) and offers optional AI-assisted improvement of those prompts.
The Service produces text prompts only. It does not generate images, video, audio, or autonomous AI agents.
New users receive a free trial period of 30 days, tracked per device. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription of IDR 50,000 per year, or a valid promo code.
Payments are processed by Midtrans. We do not store your card or banking details.
Top-ups stack: if you pay while your current access is still active, the new period is added to the end of your existing period.
Except where required by Indonesian law, payments are non-refundable.
AI-assisted prompt improvement is subject to a fair-use limit of 200 AI improvement requests per account (or per device for trial users) per calendar month. Each "Improve with AI" action — whether for a single section or for the whole prompt — counts as one request.
When the monthly limit is reached, AI improvement is paused until the first day of the following month. All other features (building, editing, copying, and sending prompts) continue to work normally.
The limit exists to keep the subscription price sustainable and to prevent automated or abusive usage. We may adjust the limit with reasonable notice, and we may suspend accounts that attempt to bypass it (for example, via scripting, sharing credentials, or creating multiple accounts or device identifiers).
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use and must not be shared.
Prompt content is not stored on our servers. Your prompt is kept only in your browser session (and your own device storage) and is sent to the AI provider only when you request an AI improvement.
We store the minimum account data needed to operate the Service: your email address, display name, sign-in history, access expiry, payment records, and AI usage counts (a number only, not prompt content).
AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You remain fully responsible for reviewing any prompt or output before relying on it, especially in regulated contexts. The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
You agree not to use the Service to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content; to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service; or to resell access without written permission.
The Service, its design, and its framework content are owned by SaranBaik.id. Prompts you write remain yours.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaranBaik.id is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
