The prompts you write are kept in your browser session and your own device storage only. We do not save prompt content on our servers.
When you request an AI improvement, the prompt text is sent to our AI provider solely to generate that improvement, and is not used by us to train models.
For accounts: email address, display name, sign-in history (time and browser user agent), access expiry date, payment records, promo code redemptions, and a monthly count of AI improvements used (a number only).
For trial users without an account: a randomly generated device identifier and trial start/expiry dates.
Payments are processed by Midtrans. We never receive or store your card or bank credentials — only the transaction status and reference needed to grant access.
We use browser storage for your session, language preference, current draft, and device identifier. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service (hosting, database/authentication, AI provider, Midtrans) and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Account data is kept while your account exists and as required for tax and accounting records. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at support@saranbaik.id.
We may update this policy; the latest version is always published on this page. This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
