Because access is granted immediately after payment and the trial lets you evaluate the Service first, subscription payments (IDR 50,000 per year) are generally non-refundable.
Duplicate or double charges for the same period.
Payment taken but access not granted, where we cannot restore access within 7 days of your report.
A prolonged service failure that makes the Service unusable for a continuous period of more than 14 days, refunded pro rata for the unused period.

Change of mind after the trial has ended, unused time on an active subscription, promo-code access, or accounts suspended for breach of the Terms & Conditions (including attempts to bypass the 200 AI improvements per month fair-use limit).
Email support@saranbaik.id from your registered email address with the transaction date, amount, and Midtrans order reference. We respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are returned through Midtrans to the original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days depending on your bank or e-wallet.
